We are based in Nairobi, Kenya. We work with clients across the country — including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret — and with Kenyan businesses operating internationally. All project work is delivered digitally, so location is not a barrier. We communicate via WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
Our Brand Starter package, which includes a logo design with three initial concepts, a colour palette, typography, business card design, letterhead, and a brand guidelines PDF, starts at KSh 25,000. Standalone logo-only projects start at KSh 10,000. Pricing depends on the complexity of the brief and the deliverables required. All prices include the final source files.
Brand identity projects typically take 7 to 14 business days from the agreed brief to the final files. WordPress website projects take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of pages, content readiness, and revision cycles. We confirm the timeline before we start and keep you updated throughout.

We will send you a project brief questionnaire to gather the details we need. For website projects, having your business copy, photos, and any existing branding ready will speed up the process.
We require a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion before final files are released. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments. We will confirm the payment details when we send your quote.
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all intellectual property rights transfer to you. You receive the final source files — Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, SVG, and PNG for logos; full WordPress theme and plugin files for websites. You are not dependent on us for future changes.
Branding projects include two rounds of revisions. Website projects include two rounds of revisions on the design before development, and one round of content corrections after launch. Revisions beyond this scope can be handled as additional work, or clients on our monthly retainer receive revisions as part of their plan.
Yes. We regularly work on logo refreshes, full rebrands, and website redesigns. If you have an existing brand or website you want to improve, share it with us via WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what we recommend and why. There is no obligation to commission a full redesign if targeted improvements will solve the problem.
